Permanent Visa –3 Month RRV (SC 157)

This is a permanent visa available for travelling to and enter Australia for a period of 3 months.

Available to:

• a current or expired Australian Permanent visa holder;
• or an Australian citizen who lost or renounced Australian citizenship.

Main Eligibility requirements:

• spent at least 1 day (but less than 2 years) in the last 5 years in Australia on a permanent resident visa or as an Australian citizen.
• And has compelling and compassionate reasons for being absent from Australia.

Applicants can be in or outside Australia at the time of application.
Applicants who have lived in Australia for more than 2 years in the last 5 years as permanent resident or citizen can apply for the more beneficiary SC 155 – Five year resident return visa
